The Production Process

Our production process results in a final product of the highest quality. The process is mainly mechanical, and is based on two ‘Paggin’ machines, three mixing machines manufactured by our company, a belt dressing and mixing machine and a Baer flagging machine. After careful inspection and appropriate packaging, the products and packages are transported to the clients. HBC guarantee excellent quality and reliable deliveries.

  • Fibres arriving

    Fibres arrive in big bundles at our manufacturing side

  • Fibre bundles being cut

    This machine cuts the fibres up to size so that they can then be properly inserted into the stock

  • Fibres being inserted into brush

    Depending on the type of brush we use different machines to insert the brush fibre into the stock

  • Quality control

    Our staff makes sure that the fibres are properly cut to length and inserted correctly into the stock
