P.V.C. (Polyvinyl chloride)

PVC, or Polyvinyl Chloride, is a widely used material in the realm of brush fibers, known for its outstanding wearing and sweeping properties. Brushes crafted from PVC are durable and resilient, making them suitable for a wide range of cleaning tasks. The material's resistance to wear ensures that these brushes can withstand frequent use, making them a reliable choice for both household and industrial applications.

However, one aspect to consider with PVC is that its individual fibres may exhibit some springiness or a snapping motion when in contact with surfaces. While this can contribute to effective cleaning, it may require users to adapt their brushing technique to maximise its performance. Additionally, PVC has limitations when it comes to temperature resistance. It should not be used in environments with temperatures exceeding 65ºC (149ºF) as it can become unstable and less effective under high heat conditions.
